Description:

Design and build algorithms for Reflow’s intelligence and analytics capabilities.
Develop models for pre-labeling, classifying, and structuring data to minimize manual setup.
Collaborate with machine learning engineers to integrate models into scalable systems.
Partner with product and engineering teams to create data-driven solutions for business problems.
Analyze complex datasets to identify patterns and opportunities for product value.
Continuously evaluate and improve model performance for accuracy and reliability.

Requirements:

Experience in applied data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics in a product-driven environment.
Strong foundation in statistics, modeling, and experimental design.
Proficient in Python and common data science libraries.
Strong SQL skills and ability to work with large datasets.
Ability to translate ambiguous problems into structured, data-driven solutions.
Collaborative mindset, comfortable working across teams.
