Remote Data Scientist

Description:

• Lead the design and development of optimization and machine learning models for resource allocation across competing programs.
• Build algorithms for mixed-integer programming, constraint optimization, and ML-driven forecasting.
• Own the full modeling lifecycle from problem formulation to production deployment.

Requirements:

• Master's or PhD in Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in building optimization and/or ML models for resource allocation or supply chain problems.
• Proficient in optimization solvers (e.g., Gurobi, CPLEX) and Python, with experience in ML frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, PyTorch).
• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex tradeoffs to stakeholders.
