Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in building recommendation or personalization systems in production.
• Strong knowledge of classical recommendation methods and ML models.
• Proficiency in Python (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn) and SQL.
• Ability to design and interpret A/B tests, with a focus on product and business judgment.
• Nice to have: experience in capital markets or fintech, and familiarity with graph methods.
