Description:

Full-Time Independent Contractor role focusing on credit, loan performance, collateral, and recovery modeling.
Work with large national real estate and lending datasets to build predictive and forecasting models.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, or related field.
3 to 7 years of experience in data science or quantitative analytics, preferably with large datasets.
Strong proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with statistical modeling and machine learning.
Stable internet connection and professional remote working setup.
