Description:

  • Aretum seeks a Data Solution Engineer to implement pilots and proof-of-concept solutions, focusing on data pipeline development and testing across medallion layers.
  • The role involves handling Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and adhering to safeguarding and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

  • BS/BA degree with 3-5 years of data engineering experience, including Databricks, Spark, and YAML.
  • Experience in designing data governance, tagging, and metadata standards, with a strong understanding of medallion architecture.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Spark, and ability to define pipeline configurations and data contracts declaratively.
  • Ability to reconcile competing requirements across stakeholders.

Benefits:

  • Salary range of $90,000–$105,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience.
