Remote Database Administrator

Description:

• Seeking a highly motivated Database Administrator fluent in German to join EUROPEAN DYNAMICS.
• Responsible for installation, configuration, and operation of Oracle DBMS, Oracle Client, and Oracle GoldenGate.
• Monitor Oracle components, create replication groups, diagnose errors, and manage backups.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and performance while advising the development team on database-related issues.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of practical experience in database management.
• Expert knowledge of Oracle, MySQL, database optimization, and performance tuning.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle GoldenGate, cluster technology (RAC), and disaster recovery procedures.
• Proficient in Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Fluent in German (C2 level) and sufficient English proficiency.
• Must be based in Germany.
