• The company is seeking a Databricks Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable solutions using Databricks.
• The role involves working closely with customers to understand their needs and helping them optimize Databricks for analytics, data science, and AI/ML workloads.
• Responsibilities include developing data architecture solutions, providing pre-sales support, leading complex projects, optimizing performance, and mentoring teams.
• The architect will also collaborate with various teams to ensure successful implementations and help define the company's Go To Market strategy.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 10+ years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, or related fields, with hands-on experience in Databricks.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is required, along with strong knowledge of cloud-native technologies.
• Expertise in programming languages like Python, Scala, and SQL for large-scale data processing is essential.
• Experience in designing and implementing data pipelines, ETL processes, and data lakes is necessary.
• Familiarity with machine learning workflows and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn is preferred.
• Strong experience with big data tools like Apache Spark, Hadoop, and Delta Lake is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Preferred qualifications include Databricks or cloud certifications and knowledge of data governance and security practices.
