Description:
- Lead and support client software implementations for Deltek ERP.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving questions and tracking issues.
- Utilize Aktion's methodology for successful client implementation.
- Proactively communicate with clients and team to enhance client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience with Deltek ERP software.
- Demonstrated accounting/financial skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent work experience preferred.
