Description:

Own and evolve CI/CD pipelines for the SimGate™ SaaS platform.
Manage and scale Kubernetes-based cloud infrastructure for operational stability.
Build monitoring dashboards and alerts to proactively address issues.
Participate in incident response and lead post-incident reviews.
Embed security best practices into the delivery pipeline.
Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance deployment confidence and developer experience.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience with 5+ years in DevOps, Platform, or Site Reliability roles.
Proven track record of improving platform reliability and engineering productivity.
Strong CI/CD expertise with tools like GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and managing containerized workloads.
Proficiency with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
Solid Linux fundamentals and scripting skills in Bash, Python, or similar.
Knowledge of monitoring platforms such as Datadog or Grafana.
Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO).
Strong problem-solving skills and a mindset focused on continuous improvement.
