Description:

Fully remote position with required base locations in NC, CA, TX, IL, NJ.
Responsible for day-to-day operational execution, cross-timezone collaboration, and compliance implementation for North America.

Requirements:

Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
3–4 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering roles.
Strong experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, including core services like VPC, EC2, EKS/Kubernetes, RDS, and IAM.
Deep knowledge of Linux systems, networking, containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and service governance.
Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, Helm).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Argo CD, CodeBuild).
Hands-on experience with monitoring and logging systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, OpenTelemetry).
Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language (Python, Shell, Go).
Excellent system design and troubleshooting skills.
Strong cross-team communication skills.
