Senior/Staff Software Engineer role focused on DevOps at TurbineOne, a remote-first company.
Responsible for building automation, platforms, and internal systems for software deployed on edge hardware.

Requirements:

Proven experience in designing, building, and owning software systems at a senior or staff level.
Strong programming skills in at least one production language (Python, Bash, Go, TypeScript).
Experience in infrastructure-focused disciplines (SRE, CI/CD, Platform Engineering, etc.).
Proficient with Linux, containers, networking, and operational troubleshooting.
Experience with automated testing at various levels (unit, integration, etc.).
Ability to navigate ambiguity and collaborate across teams with minimal oversight.

Competitive base salary range of $240,000–$280,000 annually, with final compensation based on various factors.
