Description:

  • Principal Engineer in HRSD responsible for setting technical direction for model-driven capabilities in HR.
  • Focus on agentic and conversational experiences interpreting user intent and acting on their behalf.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of software engineering experience with a proven record of technical direction.
  • Hands-on experience with agentic instructions, autonomous workflows, and evaluation processes.
  • Production experience with LLM APIs, agent orchestration, and entitlement-aware data handling.
  • Strong system design, API, data modeling skills, and experience with Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, React.
  • Bachelor's degree in CS, software engineering, or related field.
