Description:

  • Join ServiceRocket as a Docker Support Engineer in an afternoon shift (1:00 PM to 9:00 PM PDT) from Wednesday to Sunday.
  • Engage with clients to solve complex technical issues while collaborating with a team and working with cutting-edge technologies.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of enterprise technical support experience in a high-growth SaaS technology company.
  • BA/BS degree in Information Technology or related field, with experience in Docker products and troubleshooting.
  • Proficient in programming languages such as Go, Python, or JavaScript, and familiar with macOS, Windows, and Linux systems.
