Description:

  • Tailscale is seeking a full-stack Documentation Platform Engineer to enhance their documentation site for customers.
  • Responsibilities include building and maintaining documentation platforms, content pipelines, and API documentation, while ensuring a smooth publishing experience for contributors.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with static site generators (e.g., Hugo, Docusaurus) or platforms like NextJS.
  • Familiarity with docs-as-code workflows and the impact of documentation on user engagement.
  • Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, React, Python, and Git.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing for documentation workflows.
  • Understanding of LLMs and their implications for documentation.
