Description:

• ProSidian seeks a DOE - NNSA Environmental Scientist for Environmental Management and Sustainability, based near CONUS - Washington, DC, with remote work options.
• This is a full-time Senior Consultant position aligned with the Environmental Scientist Labor Category.
• The role involves supporting Nuclear Energy Sector clients and contributing to client deliverables related to Environmental Management and Sustainability.
• Candidates will utilize knowledge from various scientific and engineering disciplines to develop methods for studying the environment and identifying environmental threats.
• Responsibilities include supporting the U.S. Department of Energy National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) in Technical, Engineering, and Programmatic Services.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
• A Bachelor's Degree is required for this position.
• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory for applicants.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Adobe, is required.
• All staff must be eligible for a “Facility Access Authorization” by the USG’s designated Security Office.
• Candidates may need to complete a Financial Disclosure Statement and qualify for varying levels of background investigative requirements, up to a Top Secret or DOE "Q" clearance.
