Description:

  • Provide administration, configuration, and diagnostics in Dynamics 365 for Veterans Affairs (VA).
  • Offer Tier 2 support for Dynamics 365 end-users, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Investigate and resolve complex issues related to Dynamics 365 applications and integrations.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for support processes and solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest features and best practices in Dynamics 365.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field plus 2 years of experience (or 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree).
  • Minimum of 2 years in a Tier 2 support role focused on Dynamics 365.
  • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Customer Service (CRM) and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow tool.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team; availability during core hours (8 AM to 5 PM Eastern).
  • U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required; must attain Tier 4 Public Trust clearance.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification preferred; experience in a customer-oriented environment is a plus.
