Remote Embedded Software Verification Engineer

Description:

• Work on DO-178C Airborne Systems and Equipment Certification projects for aerospace and defense systems.
• Responsibilities include testing embedded safety-critical software applications and potential evolution into leadership or software development roles.
• Work can be onsite, hybrid, or fully remote.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in embedded systems, particularly with C programming.
• U.S. citizenship required; dual citizenship must be disclosed.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Tool Development and Qualification (DO-330), Model Based Development (MBD), SOC architecture, and Real Time Operating Systems is a bonus.
• Preference for candidates located in the Hartford area; must be willing to travel approximately six weeks per year.
