Dash0 is an observability company focused on making observability accessible and delightful for developers.
The Enterprise Solutions Architect will serve as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers and prospects.
This role involves bridging the gap between product and customer outcomes by designing, demonstrating, and validating Dash0’s technical capabilities in real-world environments.
Responsibilities include delivering high-impact Proofs of Concept (POCs), guiding observability architecture discussions, and ensuring customers realize the full technical value of Dash0.
The position requires designing and architecting observability solutions using OpenTelemetry, Kubernetes, and cloud-native technologies.
The architect will translate complex customer requirements into scalable and maintainable Dash0 implementations.
Engaging technical demos and presentations tailored to engineering and executive audiences will be part of the role.
Collaboration with Product Management to provide technical insights that influence the product roadmap is essential.
The architect will work closely with Enterprise Account Executives throughout the sales cycle and represent Dash0 at industry events, conferences, and webinars.
Providing architecture guidance and best practices for observability setup and OpenTelemetry collector design is expected.
Internal responsibilities include creating reusable demo environments, mentoring peers, and contributing to technical content for community engagement.
Requirements:
Strong technical communication skills to explain complex observability concepts to both engineers and decision-makers.
Excellent problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve technical challenges creatively and precisely.
Proven collaboration skills to work seamlessly across Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
Adaptability to stay ahead of trends in observability, distributed systems, and open-source tooling.
Deep technical knowledge in Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry, observability pipelines, and distributed tracing.
Hands-on experience with instrumentation, telemetry data ingestion, and performance optimization.
Strong understanding of modern DevOps, SRE, and platform engineering practices.
Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot for collaboration and pipeline visibility.
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization using telemetry and product usage data.
Ability to create and execute technical demos, architectures, and POCs that demonstrate business value.
The position is remote within the US, but business travel is required.
