Description:

Join the SEO/GEO team as a Front-End SEO/CRO Developer to optimize digital experiences across Farmers websites.
Collaborate with UX, Development, Media, and Paid teams to build and launch front-end components, improve page performance, and execute experiments.

Requirements:

4+ years of experience in front-end development, UX development, experimentation, or CRO.
Hands-on experience with Optimizely and A/B testing platforms like VWO.
Strong understanding of SEO, CRO, page performance, and UX best practices.
Excellent analytical skills to turn data into actionable recommendations.
Strong communication skills to present findings clearly to stakeholders.
Fluent in English; experience in insurance or financial services is a plus.
