Description:

  • Lead the deployment and customization of AI Revenue Agents in customer environments to drive measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to integrate AI agents into GTM workflows and enhance business processes.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in customer-facing implementation roles (e.g., Solutions Engineering, Professional Services).
  • Experience with AI/ML systems, SaaS integrations, and strong understanding of sales workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and ability to translate complex processes into deployment plans.
  • Familiarity with Agile implementation models and comfort working with revenue teams.
