Description:

  • Join ServiceNow's Applied AI Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) team to build intelligent, scalable AI solutions for enterprise customers.
  • Act as the CTO of the build, owning backend services, LLM pipelines, and front-end integrations to deliver solution-ready builds in agile sprints.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in customer-facing roles.
  • Proven ability to design and implement AI-native software in production environments, with strong skills in backend (Python, Node.js, Java) and frontend (React, Angular).
  • Familiarity with LLM tooling, debugging distributed systems, and deploying in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Ability to travel up to 30% to work onsite with customers.
