Remote Founding Backend / Infrastructure Engineer

Description:

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in building and maintaining high-availability backend systems.
• Proven track record with mission-critical financial systems handling sensitive transactions.
• Proficiency in modern backend languages (Go, Python, Node.js, Rust, Java) and data infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, data modeling, and transaction integrity.
• Experience with incident management and performance tuning in production environments.
• Startup mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and contribute to product strategy.
