Description:
- Founding Data Engineer role at Neuroscale, focused on building the data backbone of an AI recruiting platform.
- Hands-on opportunity to design, build, and operate production-grade data systems, collaborating with backend engineers, AI engineers, and product leaders.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in data engineering or backend/data platform engineering in production environments.
- Proficient in Python; Typescript experience is a plus.
- Deep experience with PostgreSQL and OpenSearch/Elasticsearch.
- Experience with AWS services (S3, Lambda, Glue, Kinesis, IAM) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and data reliability.
