Remote Founding Information Security Lead

Description:

• Own Flodesk's security program, including policies, controls, governance, and long-term maturity planning.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate security into product and operational decisions, and lead SOC 2, ISO 27001, and CCPA readiness.

Requirements:

• 10+ years in information security with experience in building or maturing security programs.
• 3+ years in an information security leadership role, with strong knowledge in cloud security, identity governance, and incident response.
• Proven experience with GDPR compliance and comfortable working with engineering on product security.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel semiannually.
