Description:
- Join Neuroscale as a Founding Staff Software Engineer to build the AI recruiting operating system, Arbi.
- Work on APIs, orchestration systems, data workflows, and backend systems for AI-enabled products.
Requirements:
- Strong backend engineering experience with Python and FastAPI.
- Proven experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, OpenSearch, Celery, and Temporal.
- Experience deploying and managing backend systems on AWS.
- Prior experience as a Staff Engineer, Lead Engineer, or Architect in a startup environment.
- Ability to relocate to Northern VA/DC.
