Description:

  • Ryz Labs seeks a Full Stack AI Engineer to develop intelligent, secure, and scalable identity experiences.
  • Responsibilities include building AI/ML solutions for ITSM ticket management, NLP models, and automation workflows.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Full Stack, Platform, or AI Engineering with production system ownership.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js), and backend development (Python, Java, Node.js).
  • Experience with AI/ML solutions, NLP, and integrating AI with ITSM tools.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and ITIL/ITSM processes.
