Description:

  • ClassWallet is a leading financial technology company in the U.S. focused on managing public funds for agencies.
  • The Full Stack Engineer will modernize a mature fintech platform, working with a Node.js/Express + MongoDB backend and a complex frontend.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of production full-stack experience.
  • Strong proficiency in TypeScript, NestJS (or deep Express/Fastify), Next.js/React, and PostgreSQL/MySQL.
  • Ability to recognize and avoid bad legacy patterns, design scalable solutions, and write tests (unit, integration, E2E).
  • Experience with API design and understanding of the strangler-fig approach.
