Description:

Join a seed-stage construction lending fintech as a Full-Stack Engineer with 6+ years of experience.
Work on a mature Rails monolith, enhancing construction lending workflows across the entire stack.

Requirements:

6+ years of full-stack software development experience in production environments.
Strong proficiency with Ruby on Rails, React, TypeScript, Tailwind, and Hotwire.
Experience with mobile frontend development using React Native.
Strong SQL and PostgreSQL experience, including schema design and migrations.
U.S. work authorization; visa sponsorship is not available.

Benefits:

Salary range of $175,000 – $225,000 USD annually.
Fully remote work environment with a preference for California-based candidates.
