Abridge is seeking a Senior Integrations Engineer to support its expansion during a hyper growth phase.
The role involves designing, building, and scaling integrations that power the product.
Responsibilities include building robust healthcare integrations using REST-like APIs and healthcare standards such as FHIR, while ensuring security, privacy, and quality.
The engineer will collaborate with health system customers to deploy, troubleshoot, and support integrations.
Enhancements to existing systems for improved functionality, performance, stability, quality, and security are expected.
The role advocates for high standards, quality-of-life improvements to the codebase, and knowledge sharing to limit technical debt.
Building user empathy and maintaining a user-centric mindset is essential.
Regular and effective communication within cross-functional product delivery teams is required.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience launching business-critical integrations with large enterprises.
A minimum of 2+ years of Cerner Integration experience is required.
Experience with mPage Workflow components, Dynamic Documentation, and CCL is necessary.
Proficiency in working with REST-like APIs (FHIR), OAuth2.0, and mTLS is expected.
Candidates should be excited about working with the tech stack, which includes NodeJS/TypeScript and Google Cloud Platform.
A passion for healthcare integrations is essential.
The ability to act with autonomy and self-direction while working well in a team environment is required.
Willingness to contribute wherever needed in a fast-paced startup environment is important.
Candidates should be comfortable working across domains and languages, with a curiosity to experiment and learn new things.
Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders are necessary.
