Remote Full Stack Engineer

Description:

• The position is for a Senior Application Full Stack Engineer at Telefónica Tech, part of the Telefónica Group.
• The role involves helping customers rapidly visualize, design, and deploy applications into cloud-native architecture patterns.
• It is a hands-on and customer-facing role focused on building cloud-native prototypes of applications or components.
• The engineer will work within the Strategic Cloud Consulting team, delivering rapid time-to-value projects and long-term consulting and managed service projects.
• Key responsibilities include collaborating with customers to understand application strategy, designing and building cloud-native prototypes, leading software strategy across the full-stack, building an application demo portal, leading AI-driven approaches to application development, collaborating with sales and cloud teams, and working with tooling partners.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have full-stack software engineering experience, including designing, building, and operating modern applications.
• Hands-on expertise with a tech stack that includes Docker, containerization, Terraform, Azure, IaaS, PaaS, microservices, and API management is required.
• Proficiency in modern software development practices, such as Agile methodologies, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines, is essential.
• An expert understanding of cloud technologies, including IaaS, PaaS, FaaS, and cloud-native services like containers and serverless computing, is necessary.
• Experience with enterprise applications and estates is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, with a strong ability to create positive and professional business relationships with partners and customer stakeholders.
