Description:

WellTheory is a digital health company focused on helping individuals with autoimmune conditions through personalized care and ongoing coaching.
The Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, finding root causes, and implementing permanent fixes to improve system reliability.

Requirements:

4+ years of experience as a software engineer with fluency in TypeScript.
Familiarity with TypeScript/JavaScript, React, React Native, Node, Postgres, and GCP.
Ability to analyze issues, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively with team members.

Benefits:

Fully remote work environment with an annual company retreat.
Competitive salary range of $140,000 - $165,000 plus equity and benefits.
