Description:

  • Full-Time Full-Stack Web Application Developer at Altimate Outdoor in Glandorf, OH (hybrid/mostly remote).
  • Responsible for owning internal and customer-facing web applications, including CRM systems and AI-driven workflows.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience shipping production software and handling issues post-launch.
  • Proficient in both front-end (JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Vue) and back-end (Node.js, Python, C#, PHP, Ruby) technologies.
  • Strong database skills (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with cloud deployments (AWS preferred).
  • Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders and translate their needs into actionable specifications.
