Requirements:

6+ years of backend development experience, with 3+ years in Golang production.
Proven experience in designing gRPC and REST-based APIs, distributed systems, and cloud-native patterns.
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, and message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
Strong problem-solving skills, excellent English communication, and ability to thrive in an agile environment.
Familiarity with AI tools for productivity and decision-making.
