Requirements:

8+ years of backend development experience, with 5+ years in Golang production.
Proven experience in designing gRPC and REST APIs, distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native patterns.
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, and message queues (e.g., Kafka).
Strong mentoring skills and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on clean and maintainable systems.
Excellent English communication skills and experience using AI tools responsibly.
