Join the Bot Development team to implement a new bot solution across various cloud platforms.
Develop a bot using Google Cloud Platform technologies, focusing on integrating the LLM feature in Dialogflow CX.

Requirements:

4+ years of experience with Google Cloud Contact Center AI Bot framework.
Proficient in NLP, NLU, ML, and Conversational AI.
Extensive experience with LLM feature in Dialogflow CX and traditional functionalities.
Solid understanding of Google as a SaaS platform.
Proven troubleshooting and analytical skills in complex environments.
Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.
Experience integrating web services into applications.
Proficient in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience.
Nice to have: Experience with JavaScript, Python, or Node.js; familiarity with automated testing practices.
