Seeking a Google Dialogflow Engineer with Python experience for a US-based healthcare client.
Join the Bot Development team to implement a conversational AI solution across multiple cloud platforms, focusing on Google Cloud Platform and Dialogflow CX.

Requirements:

4+ years of experience with Google Cloud Contact Center AI Bot framework.
Proficient in NLP, NLU, ML, and Conversational AI.
Extensive experience with Dialogflow CX and its LLM feature.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills in complex environments.
Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.
Experience integrating web services into applications.
Proficient in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience.
Nice to have: Experience with JavaScript, Python, or Node.js; familiarity with automated testing practices.
