Description:

Design and build systems to automate go-to-market (GTM) processes across LATAM markets.
Transform fragmented tools and workflows into a unified, AI-powered revenue engine.

Requirements:

3–6 years in Revenue Operations, GTM Engineering, or related Systems/Automation role.
Experience with automation, integrations, or AI-driven systems in a SaaS environment.
Proven experience shipping at least one LLM-powered workflow in production.
Strong understanding of business systems, APIs, and automation logic.
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, automation tools, and data systems.
Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese, with strong English communication skills.
