Requirements:

5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with 3+ years in FinTech/lending/payments.
Mandatory experience shipping credit products at a LatAm digital lender (e.g., ADDI, Stori, Aflore).
Technical expertise in loan origination, credit bureau integrations, collections state machines, funding structures, and LatAm consumer credit regulation.
Strong writing skills with public samples demonstrating technical explanation and ability to write production-quality code in Go and TypeScript/Node.js.
Professional written English proficiency.
