Description:

  • Seeking an experienced Lead QA Engineer to ensure quality for the Net2Phone billing platform.
  • Focus on end-to-end testing of billing correctness, including invoicing, rating, and taxation.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years in QA with experience in production billing, rating, or payments systems.
  • Strong SQL skills and knowledge of subscription billing, invoicing, and revenue assurance testing.
  • Proven leadership experience in mentoring QA engineers and enforcing documentation standards.
  • Advanced spoken English proficiency and availability during US Eastern business hours.
