Description:

Lead a team of technical trainers to develop engineering tasks for AI training and evaluation.
Review engineering tasks for accuracy, reproducibility, and automated grading reliability.

Requirements:

PhD or equivalent in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or related field.
Strong programming skills in Python, C/C++, Julia, Fortran, or MATLAB/Octave.
Proficiency in Linux and command-line environments.
Expertise in structural analysis, FEA, earthquake engineering, or hydraulic modeling.
Understanding of engineering principles, numerical methods, and simulation workflows.
Knowledge of engineering design standards (ASCE 7, ACI, AISC, Eurocodes, IS codes).
Experience in reviewing technical work and mentoring teams.
Excellent written communication skills.
