We are seeking a Head of Lead Generation, a hands-on growth specialist who can build and execute synchronized outbound strategies across multiple platforms and markets.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution skills, capable of designing and managing multichannel outbound campaigns using Amplemarket, LinkedIn automation tools (HeyReach, Aimfox), and Salesforce, while continuously testing, refining, and optimizing for maximum ROI.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing the lead generation strategy for Kompetenza and Datamax AI, aligning with business goals and sales targets.
The candidate will build and manage outbound sequences across Amplemarket, LinkedIn automation tools, and Salesforce, ensuring synchronization across all systems.
Conducting A/B testing on messaging, targeting, and outreach frequency to optimize conversion rates is essential.
The role involves maintaining and managing CRM workflows inside Salesforce, ensuring all leads, activities, and campaigns are tracked accurately.
The candidate will partner with leadership to brainstorm and implement creative, out-of-the-box ideas for outbound growth, including new verticals, partner outreach, and webinars.
Managing campaign analytics and performance dashboards to report KPIs and ROI is a key responsibility.
Coordination with the sales team to hand off qualified leads and ensure follow-up consistency is required.
The candidate will continuously research and test new automation and AI tools to improve lead efficiency and scalability.
Planning and coordinating monthly webinars and lead-gen events to drive partner and client engagement is also part of the role.
Requirements:
A minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B lead generation, outbound marketing, or growth automation, ideally within SaaS, tech, or consulting is required.
Hands-on experience with Amplemarket, LinkedIn automation (HeyReach, Aimfox, etc.), and Salesforce CRM is essential.
The candidate must have a proven ability to build and manage automated multichannel prospecting workflows.
A data-driven mindset with experience in A/B testing and campaign analytics is necessary.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
The candidate should be a strategic thinker with a โtest and learnโ attitude, unafraid to experiment and iterate quickly.
Strong organizational skills are needed to manage campaigns for multiple brands simultaneously (Kompetenza & Datamax AI).
