Description:

• Seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect with expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Genesys Cloud CX integrations.
• Responsible for leading enterprise CRM transformation initiatives and architecting scalable Salesforce solutions.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce Platform and 3+ years in Salesforce Architecture.
• Proficient in Salesforce Service Cloud, Genesys Cloud CX/Genesys Engage Integration, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Open CTI Integration, and Enterprise CRM Architecture.
• Experience with Omni-Channel & Contact Center Solutions, HLD/LLD Documentation, DevOps, and Enterprise Integrations.
• Preferred certifications include Salesforce CTA, Application Architect, System Architect, Platform Developer I & II, Service Cloud Consultant, Integration Architect, MuleSoft Certification, and Genesys Cloud CX Certification.
