Description:

Create specific Intercom product or system solutions based on end-user requirements and vertical needs.
Provide technical support for regional customers and assist in project tenders and execution processes.
Collaborate with sales organizations and support installation, troubleshooting, and upgrades throughout the system's life.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a technical domain or Engineering, with 5+ years of experience in technical support/engineering, preferably in Critical Communications or Broadcast markets.
Strong expertise in the IP domain, including knowledge of Audio over IP Platforms (Dante, AES67, SMPTE 2110).
Good knowledge of RTS intercom standards (2-Wire, Analog, OMNEO, RVON) and server virtualization.
Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong customer focus.
Valid passport and English proficiency required.

Competitive salary range of $115,000-$145,000 per year, based on experience and job complexity.
