Remote Investment Compliance Technical Lead

Description:

• Lead a project for a trillion-dollar AUM asset manager to transform management of Investment Management Agreements (IMAs).
• Build a structured, searchable compliance system to reduce manual errors and improve efficiency in managing investment guidelines.

Requirements:

• Technical Architecture & Implementation:
  • Experience with rules engines (e.g., Drools, DMN) and temporal data models.
  • Knowledge of semantic modeling and audit trails.
  • Experience in document extraction and scenario-based testing.
• Investment Compliance Expertise:
  • Experience coding investment guidelines into compliance rules on platforms like Charles River or Bloomberg AIM.
  • Understanding of asset management workflows and IMAs.
• Agency & Communication:
  • High agency and strong writing skills for clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Ability to engage with clients at a senior level.
