Description:

  • Seeking a Java IVR Application Developer for the voice/contact center engineering team.
  • Responsible for developing, supporting, and improving cloud-based IVR applications.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of software development experience, focusing on Java.
  • Strong skills in Java EE, Spring Boot, SQL, and microservices.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (preferably GCP), Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Nice to have: knowledge of IVR systems, AI integration, and voice technologies.
