Description:

Senior Java Software Engineer responsible for building and maintaining background screening and compliance platforms.
Design, build, and deliver high-quality, scalable Java-based services supporting customer workflows and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of professional experience in backend application development using Java.
Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles and system design best practices.
Hands-on experience with web services (REST; SOAP a plus) and relational databases (SQL).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
Experience in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
Preferred: Experience with Spring Boot, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud development (Azure).
