Remote JavaScript Engineer (React and/or Node.js)

Description:

• FocusReactive is a consultancy specializing in scalable JavaScript (React/Node.js) applications.
• Engineers integrate into client teams, providing project leadership and technical expertise, while also contributing to open source and tech events.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of professional JavaScript development experience.
• 2+ years of experience with production React applications.
• Ability to learn quickly and integrate with cloud services, RESTful APIs, GraphQL.
• Proficiency in front-end markup, styling, and software testing strategies.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
• Solid spoken and written English skills.
• Extra credit for Node.js development, React Native experience, team leadership, open source contributions, and public speaking.
