Description:

  • Lead the integration of Salesforce Service Cloud and AWS Connect to create an omni-channel support ecosystem.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Salesforce Development experience and 3+ years in Fullstack Web Development.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, AWS Connect, and modern JS frameworks (React, Node.js).
  • Advanced English proficiency for client engagement and technical consultation.
  • Experience in leading complex integrations and managing stakeholder expectations.
