Description:

Lead backend architecture and modernization initiatives for enterprise retail and supply chain systems using Java/Spring Boot.
Collaborate with frontend engineers, DevOps, and product stakeholders to transform legacy platforms into scalable services.

Requirements:

BS/MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
6+ years of experience in Backend/Fullstack Engineering, with 5+ years in Java and Spring Boot.
Strong experience with Postgres-backed data layers and API design for high-traffic systems.
Familiarity with modern JS/TS frameworks (React, Next.js, Angular, or Vue).
Experience with automated testing, CI/CD pipelines in GitLab, and monitoring using Datadog.
Excellent communication skills in English (C1 preferred).
