Description:

  • Join Protective Life as a JR or SR AI Developer to build AI-powered features and services for Voyager, impacting millions of lives.
  • Work with large language models and machine learning on Azure Databricks and Microsoft Azure, focusing on application engineering with AI.

Requirements:

  • Junior: 3-5 years of software development experience, strong Python skills, and familiarity with AI/GenAI applications.
  • Senior: 5-8 years of software development experience, advanced programming skills, and hands-on experience with AI-powered applications.
  • Knowledge of Azure, CI/CD practices, and experience with modern data stacks (dlt, dbt, Dagster) is preferred.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range: $90,000 - $115,000 for Junior and $95,500 - $140,000 for Senior roles, with additional performance-based incentives.
